Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be aged 18–25
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Be a singer-songwriter performing original material
Artists working in contemporary country-rock or country-pop styles are welcome, provided songwriting and storytelling remain central to their work.

Winner Announcement
The recipient of the Victoria Crosby Young Australian Artist Grant is announced annually on 27 May.
Selection Process
Applications are reviewed by Victoria Crosby, with support from a small advisory group.
The final decision rests solely with Victoria Crosby.
All decisions are final.

The grant is paid as a lump sum following acceptance of terms
Recipients are encouraged, but not required, to acknowledge the grant publicly
Recipients are not required to release music or provide detailed reports
